Bill Pay Access Restored

UPDATE: November 5, 9:45AM, Bill Pay Access has been restored and should be performing normally.

    It’s 5:20pm in Seattle and despite the message above “As of 1:00PM PDT, access to all services has been restored”, I’m not able to access Bill Pay service. What’s the problem?

    Bill Pay service is still very, very slow as of 10:00 AM today, 11/4. And the first 2 times I tried to access, the request would not go through. Just when are we going to have full, speedy access restored…?
