Important Account Verification Notice


In order to ensure the integrity of Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union’s member accounts, the Supervisory Committee of SMCU has enlisted the services of Turner, Warren, Hwang & Conrad (TWHC), Certified Public Accountants and Consultants to perform a verification of SMCU accounts. The verification will be as of September 30, 2012.

If you receive correspondence from TWHC, and are asked to verify account balance information, this is to confirm that this service was requested by SMCU. You may be asked to respond only if there is a question or concern, or you may be asked to respond even if everything is accurate as stated. No other information will be requested by TWHC, and no other personal identifying information should be provided.

    I was advised to send a secure email in order to obtain a copy of the layup wairver form for a motorcycle loan I have with the credit union.

  2. I tried to log in to SMCU on my one and only computer as I do almost every day and an error message pooped up saying that SMCU did not recognize the computer I was using to try to log in on. STRANGE! I have gone to several other pages on the SMCU web site and can not log in. I did get to a page that asked me 3 questions, one of which was to name the city where my father was born. I do not have a clue and never have. I clicked that I did not recognize the questions and was redirected to several other pages, none of which allowed me to log in. HELP
