Important Account Verification Notice

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS:

In order to ensure the integrity of Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union’s member accounts, the Supervisory Committee of SMCU has enlisted the services of Turner, Warren, Hwang & Conrad (TWHC), Certified Public Accountants and Consultants to perform a verification of SMCU accounts. The verification will be as of September 30, 2011.

If you receive correspondence from TWHC, and are asked to verify account balance information, this is to confirm that this service was requested by SMCU. You may be asked to respond only if there is a question or concern, or you may be asked to respond even if everything is accurate as stated. No other information will be requested by TWHC, and no other personal identifying information should be provided.

    I wanted to check my checking account. To check my statement of each transaction. But it won’t let me. How do i see my statement online.

      If you are logging in for the first time, please use your member number and the last four digits of the primary social security number on the account. If you have any trouble logging in, please call our Contact Center at 206-398-5500.
