The Online Banking Upgrade is coming on November 27, which will require you to update your login information if it doesn’t already meet the new security standards.
Starting Wednesday, November 14, a popup will remind you to update your login information when you log into Online Banking. You can update your information when you see the popup, or just log into Online Banking and go to “User Options” to make your changes at a later time. If you do not update your login information prior to the upgrade, it will become mandatory at login starting on November 28.
Here is a reminder of the new username and password requirements:
- Your username must be at least six characters long and contain at least one letter. Once your username has been created, it cannot be changed, so make sure you are satisfied with your choice.
- Your password must be at least six characters long and contain characters from at least two of the following three categories: letters, numbers, or special characters (such as @$*!&). Passwords are case sensitive.
