On Sunday, May 4, 2008 thirty three Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union employees, family members and friends walked for babies. After 3-miles, and almost three months of fundraising, Team SMCU raised $8,600… and counting. As an employee driven cause, SMCU supports the 7th cooperative principle – Giving Back To The Community Is An Obligation – at both the corporate and individual levels.
