Over the weekend of March 19, SMCU will be upgrading its telephone systems to increase capacity and improve service.
As a result, SMCU’s Telephone Banking system will be unavailable from 6:00pm to 12:00am Saturday, March 19th. In addition, SMCU voice mail will be unavailable during this time. Telephone Banking will return to full operation at 12:00AM Sunday morning, March 20.
The upgrade will not affect the availability of ATMs, Online Banking, Mobile Web Banking or Text Banking. You will be able to access your accounts using those channels.
